Information you share
When you request an introductory call, AdminForce collects the contact details, organization name, and message you provide. If you choose an available time, the reservation is also recorded. Please do not include confidential client, patient, financial-account, or donor information in the initial form.
How it is used
We use this information to respond, arrange a conversation, and keep track of the services you are interested in. Campaign information in the link you followed may be retained with your inquiry to help us understand which outreach is useful.
Storage and service providers
Inquiry and business records are stored in a protected workspace. Hosting and database providers process information to operate the site. If you follow an external scheduling link, that provider’s privacy terms also apply.
Prospect research
AdminForce may record publicly available business contact information and sources when researching organizations that might benefit from its services. An outreach message should identify AdminForce and explain how to decline further contact.
Your choices
To request access, correction, deletion, or no further contact, use the contact form and state your request. Marketing opt-outs can also be made by replying to a message. Records may be retained when needed for existing engagements or applicable obligations.
